Behind Enemy Lines has some good things about it but overall it is not a good war movie. This film has a good title sequence. The setup of the movie is interesting even though it is about a fictionalized event in the balkan war. I prefer war movies that are based on history not some writer's imagination. Wilson is pretty good as the sarcastic pilot who gets shot down. Hackman is good as the domineering captain. Finally, some of the acting is horrible by the support cast.
The bonus materials on this dvd are sparse. There are seven deleted scenes; my favorite is killing off the tracker. There were a couple other bonus features that were okay.
